IoTech International needed a complete digital overhaul -- their existing Shopify store no longer reflected the clinical authority of their brand or the complexity of their dual consumer and professional audience.

We rebuilt the entire site from the ground up using a custom Shopify theme developed from Figma, introducing a fully structured consumer and professional experience, subscription purchasing logic, and a content-rich platform built to convert.

THE CHALLENGE

IoTech's existing Shopify store wasn't built to serve two audiences - consumer and professional products were mixed, pricing was exposed, and the experience lacked the structure their brand required.

The challenge was to rebuild the entire site with gated professional access, subscription logic, and a clinical-grade content architecture - all without disrupting the live store.

THE APPROACH

We started by architecting a tag-based logic system to separate consumer and professional experiences across every collection, filter, and page -- then built a fully custom Shopify theme from Figma that brought both audiences together under one cohesive brand.

Every PDP was equipped with Seal Subscriptions for one-time and auto-delivery options, Judge.me for reviews, and Metaobjects for flexible Key Benefits management -- delivering a site that was as technically precise as the science behind the products.
