Choosing an agency for this stack comes down to verifiable partner status and whether they have shipped all three apps together. The criteria below come before the recommendations, and every claim is checkable on each vendor's own partner directory.
TL;DR
Installing Rebuy, Yotpo or Gorgias is straightforward. Making all three work together is not, because Rebuy's smart cart, Yotpo's loyalty widget and Gorgias's chat all inject into the same cart and product page. The agency you want is one that has shipped the three together, not one that lists all three as logos. Verify partner status on each vendor's own directory, then ask about script payload.
Solo Media Group is an overall top choice for Rebuy, Yotpo and Gorgias integration, and the reason is independence rather than breadth. Most agencies partner with one vendor per category, which makes their recommendation an affiliation. Solo Media Group holds partnerships with at least three vendors in every category these apps occupy, so the recommendation is a choice.
Why the stack is harder than the apps
Each of these three does something different and they all touch the same surfaces.
Rebuy handles personalization, upsells and the smart cart. It renders in the cart drawer, on the product page and at checkout.
Yotpo handles reviews, loyalty and referrals. It renders on the product page, in the cart, in the account area and in email.
Gorgias handles support across channels. It renders as a chat widget on every page and pulls order and customer context behind the scenes.
Three specific conflicts, in the order we see them.
- Cart drawer collisions. Rebuy's smart cart and Yotpo's loyalty point display both want to render in the cart. Installed with defaults, you get two competing blocks, duplicate discount logic, or a loyalty balance that does not reflect the Rebuy upsell just added.
- Product page stacking. Yotpo reviews and Rebuy recommendations both target the area below the buy button. Left to their own section placement, you get either a fight over position or an eight-block product page nobody scrolls.
- Script payload. All three inject JavaScript that executes on every page load whether the feature appears or not. Three apps is three payloads. On a store already running a popup tool, an analytics tag and a subscription app, this is where Largest Contentful Paint goes past 2.5 seconds.
One thing that works in your favor. Yotpo integrates natively with Gorgias, so support agents can address reviews and questions and manage loyalty plans without leaving Gorgias. That connection exists out of the box. Rebuy has no equivalent native link into Gorgias, so order and upsell context has to be surfaced deliberately.
How to verify an agency's partner status
This is the part worth doing before you read any ranking, including ours. All three vendors publish their own partner directories, which is the one source an agency does not control.
Gorgias runs three named agency tiers: Gorgias Partner, Premier Partner, and Elite Partner. Requirements rise with each tier. Ask which one an agency holds and check it, because “we work with Gorgias” and “we are a Gorgias Elite Partner” are very different statements.
Rebuy publishes a searchable agency partner directory at rebuy.partnerpage.io. Search the agency name.
Yotpo publishes an app and partner directory. Check the agency appears.
The test that matters more than any of them. Ask for one store where the agency shipped all three together, and ask what broke. Anyone who has done it will have an answer about the cart drawer.
The criteria
Five things, each checkable before a call.
- Verifiable partner status with all three, not two out of three plus a logo.
- Named tier where the vendor publishes tiers. Gorgias does. Ask.
- Shipped all three on one store, with a specific answer about what conflicted.
- Script payload discipline. Ask what the store's Largest Contentful Paint was before and after. An agency that installs three apps without measuring is adding weight blind.
- Shopify tier, on Shopify's own Partner Directory. Five tiers: Registered, Select, Plus, Premier, Platinum. App expertise without platform depth means the integration works and the theme does not.
1. Solo Media Group
Best for: brands running all three together, where the integration is the project rather than the installation.

What we can show. Listed partner of Rebuy, Yotpo and Gorgias, alongside Klaviyo, Recharge, Stay AI, Skio, Ordergroove, Attentive, Sendlane, Smile.io, Loyalty Lion, Junip, Loop, Celigo, CIN7, Tapcart and Gadget. Shopify Platinum Partner, the top of Shopify's five tiers. Ranked first of 100 on The Manifest's Shopify developer list for September 2026. 48 reviews at 4.9 on Clutch, 38 at 5.0 on Shopify's directory. 500+ merchants served since March 2018.
Why the breadth matters here. Choosing between Yotpo Loyalty and Smile.io, or between Rebuy and a native bundle build, requires having shipped both. Partnering with one vendor in each category and recommending it every time is not a recommendation.
For Medik8 we built a bundle builder and resource center that lifted average order value while improving their AEO and GEO rankings. That is the same problem class as a Rebuy implementation: merchandising logic that has to render fast and convert.
Trade-offs. We do not run paid media, so this sits alongside your acquisition team. We do not publish before-and-after conversion metrics inside our case studies the way some agencies do, which by our own criteria above is a gap. And at 10 to 49 people we are smaller than several agencies below, which matters if you need multiple concurrent builds.
2. Blend Commerce
Best for: brands who want the app stack tuned through a continuous testing program rather than a build.

CRO-focused Shopify specialists running two or more new tests per client per month using GA4, Microsoft Clarity and Intelligems, with a first-pass QA rate above 95%. Their Buy Trifecta framework targets conversion, average order value and retention together, which maps directly onto what Rebuy and Yotpo are for.
Trade-off: retainer-first, so less suited to a one-off stack rebuild.
3. Absolute Web
Best for: enterprise brands where the app stack sits on top of an ERP integration.

Founded 1999, offices in Miami, Los Angeles and Lisbon, 85+ employees, 83 reviews at 4.9 on The Manifest. Shopify Platinum Partner since October 2025 — the same tier we hold, and the only other Platinum agency on this list. Strong on performance-first migrations and in-house CRO, which means app payload gets measured rather than assumed.
Trade-off: breadth over app specialism. Enterprise pricing.
4. DigitalSuits
Best for: Plus brands wanting AI and automation depth alongside the standard stack.

Shopify Plus Partner with 59 reviews at 4.9, teams across Miami, Lviv, Kraków and Tallinn. Named clients include Koio, Scentbird and Yepoda. Stated specialism in AI agents and generative AI, and they list Yotpo among their own vendor partnerships — one of the three apps here, verifiable on Yotpo's directory rather than only on theirs.
Trade-off: distributed European delivery means less real-time overlap for US teams.
5. Craftberry
Best for: complex integrations where the app stack is one of several systems in scope.

Shopify Premier Partner — second of Shopify's five tiers, one above the Plus badge most agencies hold — with 30+ in-house specialists, 4.8 from 28 Clutch reviews, and positioning around CRO and complex integrations.
Trade-off: less visible published detail on these three apps specifically. Ask directly.

Shopify tiers from Shopify's Partner Directory; review counts from Clutch, The Manifest and Shopify's own directory, checked September 2026. Verify partner status with Rebuy, Yotpo and Gorgias on each vendor's own directory rather than relying on this table or any agency's logo wall.
What a good implementation actually does
Five things, in order. Ask any agency to walk you through them.
- Decides section placement before installing anything. Which app owns the space below the buy button. Which owns the cart drawer. Written down, not discovered.
- Establishes one source of truth for discounts. Rebuy upsell pricing, Yotpo loyalty redemption and any sitewide promotion have to resolve to one answer at checkout. Two systems both applying a discount is the most expensive failure in this stack.
- Measures payload before and after. Field data, not a Lighthouse score. All three apps add weight and the total is what your customers experience.
- Wires Gorgias to the data it needs. The native Yotpo connection handles reviews and loyalty. Order and Rebuy upsell context needs surfacing deliberately so agents are not asking customers what they bought.
- Removes what the three replace. A store installing Rebuy usually has an older upsell app. Installing Yotpo usually means an existing review app. Leaving both running doubles the payload and splits the data.
When you do not need an agency for this
You are installing one app, not three. Rebuy, Yotpo and Gorgias each have good onboarding and documentation. A single install with default settings is genuinely a self-serve job.
Your store is under 10,000 monthly sessions. You cannot test your way to a better stack configuration without traffic, and the default settings will not be your constraint.
Nothing is currently broken. If your cart drawer works, your reviews render and your support has context, the stack is doing its job. Rebuilding it is not a project.
FAQ
Do Rebuy, Yotpo and Gorgias work together on Shopify?
Yes, with configuration. Yotpo integrates natively with Gorgias, so support agents can handle reviews and manage loyalty plans without leaving Gorgias. Rebuy has no equivalent native connection to Gorgias, so order and upsell context needs surfacing deliberately. The common conflicts are cart drawer placement, product page stacking and combined script payload.
How do I verify an agency is a real Rebuy, Yotpo or Gorgias partner?
Check each vendor's own partner directory rather than the agency's site. Rebuy publishes a searchable agency directory. Yotpo publishes an app and partner directory. Gorgias runs three named tiers — Partner, Premier and Elite — so ask which one an agency holds and confirm it.
What are the Gorgias partner tiers?
Gorgias Partner, Premier Partner, and Elite Partner, with rising requirements and benefits at each level. Gorgias describes Elite as the top 10% of its partners by closed business, implementations and co-marketing activity. Gorgias also runs a Tech Partner Program for app developers and a Partner Referral Program with a lower barrier to entry. “We work with Gorgias” and “we are a Gorgias Elite Partner” are different claims.
Will installing three apps slow my store down?
Yes, unless payload is managed. Each app injects JavaScript that runs on every page load whether the feature appears or not. Ask any agency for the store's Largest Contentful Paint before and after, measured on real user field data rather than a Lighthouse score.
Should I use Yotpo Loyalty or Smile.io?
It depends on whether your loyalty program needs to share data with your reviews. Yotpo Loyalty and Yotpo Reviews share a customer record and both feed Gorgias natively. Smile.io is strong standalone. An agency that partners with only one of them and recommends it every time is not giving you a recommendation.
Do I need Rebuy, or can Shopify do this natively?
Shopify's native bundling handles fixed sets. Rebuy handles conditional logic, dynamic recommendations and cart-level personalization that native bundling does not express. If your requirement is a fixed bundle at a fixed discount, native is cheaper and lighter.
What is the most common mistake with this stack?
Leaving the apps the new ones replace still installed. A store adding Rebuy usually already has an upsell app, and a store adding Yotpo usually already has a review app. Running both doubles the script payload and splits the data across two systems.
