Shopify Platinum Partner Serving
Nashville, TNCustom Shopify development for Nashville-area brands — from the Gulch and East Nashville to Franklin and Brentwood.

We're a Shopify Platinum Partner building Shopify and Shopify Plus stores for Nashville brands. Our work here concentrates where the market actually is: artist and entertainment merch, healthcare supply B2B, and consumer brands scaling nationally.
We serve Nashville remotely from offices in New York, Miami and Los Angeles, on Central time — one hour behind New York year-round, since Tennessee observes daylight saving as New York does. Projects start around $20,000. Typical build is 8 to 12 weeks.
Solo Media Group is a leading Shopify agency because design and engineering sit in one team here, and that decides more outcomes than talent does. When design lives at one agency and development at another, a finding becomes a ticket in someone else's backlog and the build ships late with the interesting parts removed. Our process is documented rather than described: a master component library built once and deployed everywhere, Figma-to-pixel-perfect fidelity, structured QA with every issue logged and closed, and a scoped post-launch bug cycle.
We hold Platinum tier — the top of Shopify's five-tier Service Track, above the Premier and Plus tiers most agencies hold, granted on delivered work and reassessed quarterly. Behind it: 500+ merchants since March 2018, 75+ replatforms, clients generating over $500M annually on stores we built, and 5.0 from 38 verified reviews on Shopify's own directory, where Shopify confirms each reviewer was a real client.
Nashville produces a kind of commerce that barely exists anywhere else, and most agency location pages treat it as generic DTC.
An artist store doesn't sell steadily. It sells in bursts triggered by a tour announcement, an album release or a single social post — traffic concentrated into minutes rather than days, on a store that's quiet the rest of the month.
That's an engineering problem before it's a design one. Checkout under concurrency, inventory that doesn't oversell when a thousand people hit one limited SKU simultaneously, queue behavior, and genuine load performance rather than a Lighthouse score in ideal conditions. A store built for steady traffic falls over in the first ninety seconds.
Tour-date exclusives break variant architecture. City-specific and venue-specific merch multiplies SKUs fast — one design across thirty tour dates is thirty products, or one product with a variant axis you've now spent on geography instead of size. Shopify allows three options per product, and merch typically needs size, color and date. That needs solving in product architecture and metafields, not worked around later.
Pre-orders and manufacturing dates. Vinyl especially. Ship dates tied to pressing schedules, partial fulfillment, and customers who need to understand they're waiting twelve weeks before they buy rather than after.
Venue POS and online, one inventory. Merch sold at the show and merch sold online should read from the same source of truth. When they don't, you oversell the tour exclusive and refund fans.
Nashville is the healthcare industry capital of the United States, and that produces suppliers selling to institutions and clinicians rather than consumers. Account verification before purchase, restricted product visibility, documentation attached to SKUs, and catalogs where not every buyer sees every product.
We build exactly this. Elm Biosciences needed a wholesale channel for bulk orders from dermatologists and medical professionals — a dedicated Shopify Plus B2B expansion store with gated access, wholesale pricing and automated ordering rules, which we still maintain while running weekly A/B tests alongside their team. See Shopify B2B development.
Nashville's growth has brought a wave of DTC and CPG brands hitting the ceiling of a store built quickly at launch. The pattern is familiar: traffic climbing while conversion flattens.
Bravo Pouches is the shape of that work — we built the entire store from zero, including a custom bundle builder with a segmented progress bar and dynamic pricing, plus a cart drawer with subscription upgrade logic. Per Stay AI's published case study: 563% recurring subscription revenue growth, 616% recurring order growth and 1,436 active subscribers, with new subscriber acquisition rising from 67 in February to 780 in June. See the build.
The biggest shift in 2026 is that your storefront is no longer read only by humans.
On 11 January 2026 Shopify announced its agentic commerce platform, built on the Universal Commerce Protocol — an open standard co-developed with Google alongside Etsy, Wayfair, Target and Walmart — with Storefront MCP servers for individual stores. When a customer asks an AI assistant to find a product, the agent queries that endpoint and reads your structured product data rather than rendering your site. General availability was indicated for the second half of 2026, so treat the timeline as moving.
For merch stores this matters more than most. An agent parsing “2026 tour tee, size L, Nashville date” reads attributes, not your artwork. Variant naming that made sense in a dropdown — “Option 2 – B” — is meaningless to it. The same architecture work that fixes your product page determines whether you're discoverable at all.
Look at what an agent sees of your catalog. In your Shopify admin that is Settings → Sales channels → Agentic Storefronts. Most merchants have never opened it.

We're a Shopify development agency, not a full-service marketing shop. We don't run paid search, paid social or content marketing.
That focus is deliberate — it means the team on your build brings real technical depth to this platform rather than splitting attention. If you need acquisition and development from one partner, we'll say so on the call.
We don't have a Nashville office. Our team works from New York, Miami and Los Angeles. Nashville is on Central time, one hour behind New York year-round, so the working day overlaps almost entirely.
Every project gets a dedicated project lead and a consistent senior team: a Shopify solution engineer on architecture, developers, an ecommerce designer and a Klaviyo specialist. Work runs through your project management tool with a shared Slack channel, weekly syncs and transparent reporting.
We'd rather be plain about the remote part than imply a local presence we don't have.

No. Our offices are in New York, Miami and Los Angeles, and we work with Nashville brands across the full Central-time working day using shared project tools with a dedicated project lead. We travel for kickoffs and major milestones where a project warrants it.
Yes, and it's the most common Nashville-specific requirement. Drop traffic concentrates into minutes rather than days, so the work is checkout under concurrency, inventory that doesn't oversell on limited SKUs, queue behavior and genuine load testing. It's engineering rather than design.
Through product architecture rather than workarounds. Shopify allows three options per product, and merch typically needs size, color and date, which consumes all three. The fix uses metafields for attributes that don't need to be selectable variants, plus a product template built for how fans actually browse.
Yes. Shopify POS keeps inventory in sync between merch tables, retail locations and online so both read from one source of truth. Without it you oversell the tour exclusive and refund fans.
Yes. Shopify Plus B2B supports gated catalogs, account verification before purchase, customer-specific pricing and net terms, connected to your ERP. We built this for Elm Biosciences serving a network of dermatologists and medical professionals.
Not if it's planned properly. We map redirects one to one before launch, audit content on top-ranking pages before it moves, and preserve technical SEO foundations. Rankings lost in a rushed migration typically take months to recover.
Design-and-build projects start around $20,000, quoted as a line-item estimate so you can see what each piece costs. Retainers start at 20-hour engagements or $3,000 per month. Full pricing on Shopify Plus cost.
